2024 Festive Season Dates

Dear Customer,

Firstly thank you for your support during 2023.

We will be closing on 13 December 2024 and opening on 3 January 2025.

Unfortunately we will not be dispatching orders during this period.

The reason is that courier companies all operate on skeleton and temporary staff which results in parcels being delivered late or getting lost.

Customer support staff at courier companies are usually temporary which means that resolving a parcel that is delayed becomes problematic.

Therefore we have taken the decision not to dispatch orders to prevent our customers from possibly experiencing poor delivery from our courier company.

All orders will be dispatched on 3 January 2025.
