TNT Carb Fuel is is maltodextrin which is perfect to restore glycogen reserves both during and post exercise.
Maltodextrin is a performance carb which is a polysaccharide carbohydrate, that although technically is a complex carbohydrate because of its low sugar content, it has a higher glycaemic index (GI135) than sucrose (GI65).
Even though it is derived from a starch it still has a high glycaemic load, which means it actually works.
