TNT B-274 HMB + Betaine has been formulated to enhance protein synthesis for lean muscle gains.
HMB (beta-hydroxy-beta-methylbutyrate) is naturally occurring in your body and is derived from your body breaking down leucine.
HMB is required in muscle repair and protein synthesis. Because it’s only created in small amounts from dietary sources, many athletes have chosen to supplement with pure HMB.
Research indicates a noticeable benefit in increased exercise performance, reduced muscle breakdown, and increased muscle growth.
BETAINE (trimethylglycine) is made from the amino acid glycine which has 3 amino groups attached.
Clinical studies have shown significant benefits to taking Betaine, especially in the areas of strength, muscle endurance & growth as well as explosive power.
Betaine supplementation may also be associated with the lowering of lactate levels, thus resulting in the delay of muscle fatigue and allowing athletes to train longer for harder.
