- So..I am very picky with my whey. It has to have clean ingredients, but MUST taste good. Both are non negotiable. Titans whey is a bit of a mixed bag..
PROS:-
1. grassfed
2. Lactose free for those of us intolerant to regular whey
3. Clean- ish ingredients, better than other wheys, but not 100% clean.
CONS:-
1. Personally I find it too sweet. Wish there was an unsweetened option for those of us who don't enjoy sickly sweet beverages. I prefer using 1 or 2 dates to sweeten, & these are nutritionally good for you because dates are loaded with fibre and minerals.
2. The addition of Sucralose as a sweetener, which is a hot topic of controversy, & related to many health ailments
3. Stevia, (as another sweetener not mentioned under ingredient list on the website) which has a very artificial sweet aftertaste.
I have invested in 2 of these in both flavours, and wondering how I am going to get passed the saccharine sweetness of it. Will try adding other ingredients to make a smoothie, & hopefully this will mask the sweetness. Really wish there was a totally unsweetened option in this, or 1 sweetened with pure monkfruit powder rather than stevia & sucralose.

- Guys, take your health serious and invest in a grass-fed whey. Titan will absolutely blow your mind. Its really such a quality product and it tastes amazing plus it mixes well. The Vanilla is really good (few products have vanilla flavors that's nice).
