This product is produced in a facility that processes Eggs, Dairy and Soy.
• Take 4 capsules daily.
• Take 2 capsules 30 minutes before breakfast or exercise on an empty stomach.
• Take another 2 capsules 30 minutes before lunch or exercise.
• Each dose should be taken at least 6 hours apart.
• Take the capsules with a glass of water.
• To assess tolerance levels, take 1 capsule twice daily before taking a dose of 2 capsules.
• Take for 5 consecutive days of the week and stop use for 2 days before continuing again.
• Not recommended for use within 4 hours of bedtime.
• Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
