Made in a factory that processes cow’s milk, egg, soy, gluten (wheat, barley and oats), shellfish, tree nuts and peanuts.
MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS
• Add two heaped scoops (approx 40g) to 200ml of cold water.
• Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes, or until the desired consistency, stirring every 30 seconds
STOVE DIRECTIONS
• Add two heaped scoops (approx 40g) to 200ml of cold water.
• Bring to the boil and simmer for 2 minutes, or until reaching the desired consistency, stirring continuously.
BREAKFAST OPTIONS
• Add fresh fruit and crushed nuts once cooked for a healthy, nutritious breakfast. Drizzle with honey for added sweetness if desired.
• Allow cooked Cream of Rice to cool and add 1 serving of NPL’s Platinum Whey and 15 g of peanut / almond butter for a high protein breakfast option.
