• Mix 1 level scoop (approx. 3g) with approximately 200 ml of cold water or flavoured drink.
• On training days consume before and after training.
• Non-training days consume 1-2 times daily between meals.
• Can be combined with other NPL products.

- I mix half a serving with half a serving of L-Citrulline and 1 servings of creatine HCL, power combo.This way the tingling is tolerable. This combo tempts you to over train but listen to your body coz you feel drained after this leaves your system.
