- Dont buy this, when we bought it on black friday we only opened it a few months after and the mixture is all sticky and almost like it got wet or something. Total bust. Never buy this again.

- Was looking to get a cheap pre, but am left dissapointed.
The "mixed berry" flavour tastes (and looks) nothing like berry, but more like a bitter medicine. Terrible flavour profile.
That would have been fine if it made for a good workout, but I'm sorry to report that I had the worst workout of my 3 lifting years on this pre. About 20 min after drinking I started shaking heavily, and felt almost dizzy throughout the session. No other pre (even the higher caffein ones) makes me feel like this. Almost felt like I was on some drug trip.
Would not recommend. Wish I could get a refund.
