• Dissolve 2 scoops (100 grams) into 300ml of water or skim milk.
• Servings may be halved if necessary.
• Mix or blend thoroughly.
• For every scoop of powder dissolve into 150ml of water.
• Consume directly after training as a snack replacement.
CREATINE MONOHYDRATE
• Take 5-10 grams of creatine monohydrate a day.
• For best results should be mixed into a post-workout protein drink.

• Add 2 scoops to 200ml water 10 minutes before training.

- So I thought I'd try this little combo, because why not. To make a more informed decision about a brand or product you can't only go off hear-say, right? I'll probably review this review after 21 days.
So far I've just used the mass-builder and, because I still have a creatine monohydrate and another pre-workout that I'm using. Let's start with texture, simply put it feels like a glob of snot and shake as you might, you will get clumps of some kind. If you can get past the texture, the flavour isn't too bad actually. Simple vanilla, not overly sweet or anything like that.
If the mass-builder does in fact contain what it claims to, along with the few extras you get with it, for the price you going to pay, it's not a bad starting point.
Needless to there are many other (and better) muscle building stacks and paks out there, it's just a matter of finding the right one that works for you, and because it's for YOUR benefit, don't be afraid to invest in yourself. We all have a budget, but don't get it because it's the cheapest.

- I normally have issues with the amount of sugar in protein supplements but this one is amazing, not too sweet and besides that, the taste and consistency is amazing. I can drink it all day. Looking forward to seeing the results after 21 days. Bought it specifically for recovery since I haven't been in the gym for 2 years. Will provide an update soon.
