- Had a wrist injury that didn’t want to go away, went through physiotherapy for 4 weeks didn’t improve much, every time I hit the gym pain would start couldn't push it hard. Started using flex, after 3rd week started feeling better, been using for 14 weeks totally better can push as hard as I want!
